The city registry office is located on the ground floor of the City Hall at Vapaudenkatu 32. The registry office is tasked with registering the city’s administrative decision-making documents at every procedural stage. The procedural steps of both matters in progress and decisions already concluded may be inquired after at the registry office.

From January 1 2020 onwards, public notices and associated documents will be posted on the city electronic notice board (Administrative Procedure Act, 62 §). This applies also to particular legislation making reference to public notices, noticeboards and service by publication.

Due the coronavirus situation, the Registry office serves customers by phone and email.
