28.10.2025The City of Jyväskylä has drawn up a nature conservation programme for the areas owned by the city, which is the first nature conservation programme in Jyväskylä. The work is a continuation of the previously completed network of protected areas, for which the sites to be protected have been selected. The nature conservation programme defines how these areas are to be protected. In addition, the city sets ambitious goals for habitat restoration and nature management. Feedback on the draft programme can be given from 27 October to 30 November 2025.
