Work try-outs offer you the opportunity to explore different fields and employers without a binding employment relationship. It helps you to explore your career options. In addition, a work try-out can support your return to work after a long absence.

The work try-out can be related to the field you are planning, but you can also go for a try-out when you do not yet know about the future field. You can participate in a work try-out in different fields and employers.

The work try-out agreement defines the duration of the work try-out, which may vary. Typically, the work try-out period is 1-3 months. You agree on the length of the work try-out (up to six months), weekly working days (1-5) and daily working hours (4-8 hours) with your own coach and the organiser of the try-out. Your goals are considered when these are agreed upon.

Start a work try-out only after your personal coach has processed and signed the work try-out agreement and informed you that the work try-out can be started.

Ask your personal coach for more information.
