Employment-promoting rehabilitation
Rehabilitation that promotes work ability can help you choose a suitable professional field, find employment, stay in working life or return to it despite your illness. If you think you need rehabilitation, contact your personal coach. We assess your rehabilitation possibilities in cooperation with the wellbeing services county of Central Finland or Kela.
Please note! You cannot participate in rehabilitative work activities during the integration plan period.

Rehabilitative work activities
If you are returning to work, starting your career, or recovering from an illness or challenging times, rehabilitative work activities may be the right solution for you. The wellbeing services county of Central Finland organises rehabilitative work activities for persons who, due to limitations imposed by their work ability and functional capacity, cannot participate in public employment services or work.
Contact your personal coach if you want to participate in rehabilitative work activities. We design the service in cooperation with the wellbeing services county.

Multidisciplinary Joint Service for Employment (TYP)
If you have been out of working life for a long time, you may have the opportunity to participate in a multidisciplinary joint service promoting employment (abbreviated as TYP). You will benefit from joint service especially if you have multiple issues that need to be sorted out before you can get a job. In the joint service, we assess your service needs and plan appropriate services for you together with the wellbeing services county of Central Finland and Kela. Ask your personal coach about your possibility to participate in multidisciplinary joint service.

Vocational rehabilitation
If your work ability has decreased due to health reasons, vocational rehabilitation can help you choose a suitable professional field, find employment, stay in working life or return to it despite your illness. Find out about your right to vocational rehabilitation first from your earnings-related pension provider and then, if necessary, from Kela. You can receive vocational rehabilitation from Kela if you are unemployed, a student, or have only been in working life for a brief time. Vocational rehabilitation may include work try-outs, job coaching or both. Contact your personal coach if you want to apply for vocational rehabilitation. We will guide you in applying and, if necessary, contact Kela's rehabilitation counselling with you.
