Timmi facility booking system  

Timmi 360 is a modern and versatile interface that works on both mobile devices and computer browsers. Timmi includes details about available facilities, such as hall dimensions and floor materials. Information, including photos, is constantly being updated. With system update, the search features have been improved so you can also look for facilities by purpose of use.

Booking system use

The City of Jyväskylä’s Sports Services centrally manages bookings for sports facilities administered by the City of Jyväskylä’s Sports Services. These include, among others, indoor sports venues, outdoor sports fields, outdoor recreation and leisure areas, and beaches.

In the Timmi facility booking system, you can browse bookings and available times for the city’s sports facilities and city library rooms. You can view spaces without logging in. You can make booking requests by registering in the system and manage your own bookings, such as editing or cancelling them. Registrants must be adults.

You can apply as a private individual when you are booking the space personally. You can also apply as a representative of an association, organization, or company. You can expand your access rights to act for multiple organizations and make booking requests for all of them during a single login by switching your customer role. It’s good to request expanded access rights well in advance, and you should allow 1–3 business days for processing.

As a registered user, you can submit applications through the system and modify or delete your pending requests.

Approved bookings that are no longer needed or will go unused must be cancelled within the specified cancellation times.

An approved booking will appear in the booking calendar, where you can always see up-to-date booking information.

Registration

Private Individual

You always register first as a private individual, even if you plan to act on behalf of an organization.

As a private individual, you make bookings in your own name and are also the payer for all the bookings you make.

After submitting your registration details, you will receive an activation email. If you don’t see it, please also check your spam folder. 

Organization Contact Person

Private individuals who have registered can also expand their account to act as an organization’s representative. You can request expanded access on the home page using  Change the Customer Role function and Request Rights.

To register as an organization contact person, you will also need permission from the association, club, or company you represent. Payments for bookings made as a contact person are handled by the paying organization whose details you have selected from the register or entered as new. Before entering new billing details, always check the existing billing information in the register and use those. If the organization’s billing address has changed or is incomplete, please contact [email protected].

Organization contact person registrations are processed by Sports Services Facility Booking and Club Services on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00. Processing time is 1–3 business days.
