The City of Jyväskylä’s Sports Services books meeting and kiosk facilities for events, matches, meetings, training sessions, and other occasions. These facilities can be booked by associations, educational institutions, different organisations, and private individuals. Facilities at Sepänkeskus and other meeting and kiosk facilities can be booked for single events or for the entire operating season.

- Sepänkeskus meeting, training, and event rooms
- AaltoAlvari Aguatic centre meeting room
- Wellamo Swimming Hall meeting room
- Monitoimitalo meeting room
- Hippohalli auditorium
- Hippos Finnish Baseball Stadium indoor grandstand and kiosk facilities
- Harju Stadium meeting room
- Viitaniemi Sports Park main building multipurpose room
- Vaajakoski Sports Hall meeting room/competition office
- Säynätsalo Pelisilmä meeting room
Bookings for meeting and kiosk facilities can be made by email, by phone, or through the Timmi reservation system. Reservations are mainly handled by the City of Jyväskylä’s reservation unit, unless otherwise specified in the facility information.
