Jyväskylä Art Museum's open workshop

Jyväskylä Art Museum organises workshops and programmes for different types of groups and work communities for recreational and other purposes.

Open workshop at The Craft Museum of Finland

In the museum’s open workshop you can use handicraft tools from saws to scissors, sewing machines to planing benches, and materials varying according to the theme or season, from wood to paper, from wool to copper wire. You can take your handiwork home with you.

Use of the open workshop is included in the museum entrance fee and the material fee is based on the materials used. The open workshop is available during the museum's opening hours.

Workshops at the Craftsmen’s Houses

You can book an appointment for a small group to visit the workshops of the Craftsmen’s Houses in the Toivola Old Courtyard. Come with a kindergarten group, family day care or school group, with your own family, or gather a small group of children and book your appointment. There's fun activities and stories to be had — free of charge.

Galleria Ratamo printmaking workshop

The printmaking workshop is available for hire for a year or less for both professional and advanced graphic designers.
