General information on library fees
You can pay your accumulated library fees at any of the Keski Libraries' branches, regardless of where the fees were incurred.
Please note that:
- A balance of 10 euros will result in a lending ban.
- Once a year, even if the balance is smaller, it must be paid in full.
- The annual review of debt balances starts on 1 March.
Online payments
You can also pay your fees via the online library at https://keski.finna.fi/. Log in with your library card number and PIN code. Go to Payments.
The minimum online fee is 1,00 EUR and all fees must be paid at once. The amount shown in the online library does not include any charges for material that has not yet been returned or renewed.
