In future, we will remind job seekers of upcoming appointments and deadlines. The change will take effect on March 1.
Starting in March, we will send you a text message reminder in advance of the deadline for any mandatory action you are required to take, provided you have given us your phone number. The message will be sent by TyömarkTori.
We will send a text message before, for example:
- initial interview, job search discussion, or supplementary job search discussion
- the end of the application period for a job assigned to you by the employment authority
- the expiry of the deadline for the task specified in the employment plan
- the end of the response period for a request for clarification or a hearing
If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, please contact us in advance to arrange a new time.
