The second floor of Työntalo will be closed for renovation starting December 15 – please check the arrival instructions before your appointment.

Entrence to all first-floor meetings and visits without an appointment is at the side door of the building. The side door is located at the left end of Työntalo when viewed from Hannikaisenkatu.

If your meeting is on the third floor, please enter Työntalo through the main door on Hannikaisenkatu. The third floor can be reached by elevator. You will be picked up for your appointment on the third floor near the elevator.

If you are unable to use the elevator, please contact your personal coach or the person who sent you the invitation before your appointment. You can also call 014 569 0134 on weekdays from 9–15.

Customers are advised to check the meeting place on their appointment invitation.

Job seekers can have meetings at two different addresses in Jyväskylä: Hannikaisenkatu 11–13 and Asemakatu 4. In Muurame, the meeting place is Virastotie 8. Please check the location, entrance, and floor of the meeting in the invitation you receive. The meeting location may vary between appointments. It is advisable to allow sufficient time for arrival.

At Työntalo, you can take care of job search matters without an appointment on weekdays from 9–15.30. On site, you can get support for your job search from a personal coach, submit documents, and use a computer and printer for your job search.

International House Jyväskylä's multilingual guidance and counseling services for immigrants are located on the first floor of Työntalo and do not require an appointment. Please check the location, entrance, and floor of your appointment in the invitation you receive. Appointments may be held either at Työntalo or at Asemakatu 4.
