Jyväskylä picnic event with Yona concert in May 2023

Finnish Pop music artist Yona will perform at the Jyväskylä picnic event this year. The concert is free and will be held in Lounaispuisto (Seminaarinkatu 34) on 28 May at 15:00. The Jyväskylä picnic event is the city's birthday gift to the residents.
Singer and songwriter Yona from Jyväskylä has released eight albums in her career. Different genres and decades overlap in a personal, timeless way in Yona's music. She became well known in Finland as one of the most surprising stars of last autumn's Vain Elämää season.
In addition to Yona's performance, Juho Kanervo (cello), Antti Kujanpää (keyboards), Juhani Grönroos (guitar), Tuomas Timonen (drums) and Antti Kivimäki (bass) will perform on the Lounaispuisto stage. The concert is part of the Yläkaupunki night festival.
