The opening hours of integration services will change from 5 December 2022

The opening hours of the integration services (Väinönkatu 1 a B, 2nd floor) office will change from 5 December 2022. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our office opens at 12:00.

There will be also changes to on-call interpreter and counseling call times.

Interpreters working hours:
Arabic, Mondays at 10:00-12:00
Swahili, Tuesdays at 12:00-14:00
Dari/Persian, Wednesdays at 10:00-12:00
Arabic, Thursdays at 12:00-13:00
Tigrinya/Amharic, Thursdays at 13:00- 14:00

Consultation call times:
Mondays at 12:30-15:00
Tuesday at 14:00-15:00
Wednesdays at 12:00-15:00
Thursdays at 14:00-15:00
Fridays at 10:00-15:00

Status inquiries are still available Mon-Wed and Fridays at 9:00-15:00, and Thursdays at 10:00-15:00.
