Mobile libraries return to service starting April 6
The mobile libraries, like any other public space, encourage hand hygiene as well as wearing face masks for customers over the age of 12. Two individual customers or one family may enter the mobile library at one time. On school and day-care stops, only one teacher or other adult may enter the mobile library at one time.
The libraries are open for quick business: make a loan, a return, or pick up reservations
You can still make a quick (up to 15 minutes), self-directed visit to the library: make a loan, a return, or pick up your reservations. Wear a mask on the premises and observe social distancing.
Reading seats, meeting rooms, as well as studying and working facilities remain unavailable for use. Any service that requires a booking, such as digitisation, microfilms, music rehearsal rooms and gaming rooms, is not available.
Periodicals reading rooms are also not available, but you can loan out magazines.
Self-service libraries will only be open during official library hours.
