Repair work on the Louhunsalmi bridge in Säynätsalo

Traffic arrangements on Louhunsalmi Bridge will return to normal

The traffic arrangements and traffic light controls that were in place during the repair work will be discontinued by December 19, 2025, after which the construction site will be closed for the winter. Work on the bridge will continue in spring 2026 with the finishing of the bridge's surface structures.

The same weight restrictions that were in place before the bridge was damaged will remain in force for heavy traffic.
