Housing Advice offers guidance and counselling on questions and challenges related to housing. Housing Advice is a confidential and free service for everyone living in Jyväskylä, whether you live in a rental unit, your own home, a shared apartment or another kind of housing.
You can contact us, for example, in these situations:
- Finding a new home
- Filling in housing applications
- Applying for housing benefits and allowances
- Questions about an upcoming move and getting settled
- Difficulties paying rent or other financial housing problems
- Disagreements between tenant and landlord
- Maintaining your home during your tenancy

If you have lost your home and have nowhere to sleep, you can go to Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland's housing emergency service, which is open around the clock.
