Job Seeker’s Coaching

As a job seeker, you can receive coaching for career planning, well-being during job search, or job hunting. The coaching is carried out according to your needs. Coaching is implemented in a group or as individual coaching, as well as remotely and on-site. The coaching sessions are short-term, confidential, and free of charge.

Registration

Always arrange your participation in the coaching with your own coach. You can apply for coaching by leaving a contact request in E-services or by calling your own coach.

Income and job search obligation during coaching

During the coaching, you will receive unemployment benefits as usual and you have a job search obligation during the coaching.

During the job search training, career coaching, and job coaching of TE services, you will receive the same benefit as when you are unemployed. 

Job search training and career coaching: you can receive an increased benefit if the coaching has been agreed upon in your employment plan. You can also receive expense compensation for participation days.

Job coaching: you cannot receive expense compensation or increased unemployment benefit.
