Participation in service development means that residents have opportunities to take part in the planning and improvement of public services. Residents can get involved in many ways, such as giving feedback, attending community events, or responding to surveys.
Customer panels
Customer panels are designed to involve service users directly in the development of services. These panels, which meet either regularly or occasionally, consist of core users of the services. From time to time, the City of Jyväskylä seeks new members to join its customer panels.
